  Owner is very knowledgeable. He helped educate me on different skates so I could make an informed decision instead of just trying to sell me something expensive that I didn't need. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely shop here again.

  Would never go back. Owner treated me very condescending. Was taking a seat while "interviewing" me about my visiting reason (so rude). I will go back to B. Trouble Skate shop on willcrest where I just bought my daughter riedell dart skates plus accessories last week. I want to get a pair for myself and only went to the Montrose Skate shop because I was on that side of town. That was a big waste of time.

  It is about the only place in Houston for skates. The owner is extremely knowlogeable and fair when he helps costumers.

  Horrible experience. The guy (I believe he is the owner) is rude as hell and was asking for a 20 dollar fee for just trying the boots of the skates. I was with my child and I needed to know which one fit her so I could buy her size in the future and he was basically forcing us to pay otherwise she couldn't try the skates. Awful, never buy in this place.

  Very nice dude, took the time to make sure I can find the softest wheels possible for my SO's blades. When parking was stacked, he offered me his tent spot! Would def shop again when we need replacements!
