  The worst customer service ... total inefficiency that office should not exist better I recommend looking for another insurance

  Horrible customer service, b*tch hung up on me and I used to have a policy with them ! I would advice you not to use these people or you will regret it. Mala experiencia con esta gente, no los usen !

  I took my bank information and routing numbers to them weeks ago. Was told it was taken care of, just to make sure payment was made. It wasn't, only have to wonder if it has something to do with the $10 late fee? Yet they didn't automatically withdraw my payment that i signed from two weeks ago to be withdrawn from my bank account. What type of joke is this? Is this a scam to take more money?
