  I have read most of the reviews on here and I definitely agree. To make an appointment you will be on hold for an average of 10-15 minutes. Who wants to be on hold for that long?. Therefore You hang up Call back, they answer don’t even hear what you are calling for just to be put on hold again. Horrible front desk. Looking to start going elsewhere.

  The wait takes forever, unhappy looking nurses and don't get me started on the reception desk. Especially Linda.

  It is hard to make an appointment. The people at the front desk are rude and lie to you. I was told I can't see my own doctor when trying to make an appointment. When you schedule an appointment and go on the date & time given they tell you that you don't have an appointment scheduled. If you ask a question they tell you to sit down and your question is unanswered. Doctors are good but the staff is terrible.

  Impossible to get through to someone on the phone, Front desk is not considerate of patient needs. Doctors are great and wait time isn’t that long, so that’s a plus, other then that, this clinic needs major improvement.

  Horrible ! Rude front desk lady that I sat there and watched for 30 min be rude to everyone that walked in including me and my mom. I left and went to the one closer to westchester sq where they were so polite and helpful. she needs to be fired.
