  I just came back from an appointment I had for a stress- Eco test, 1250 7th floor. It was the most humiliating and disrespectful treatment I had experience in my life. Apparently the front desk worker didn't want to be bother with any type of questions, my appointment was at 9:00am I arrived at 8:55, and need it to be fasting, not a problem cause I usually have the 1st meal of the day by 11@m or by noon. But I do need my coffee. So by 9:25 I approached this front desk worker and ask her if she can tell me when approximately I was going to be call in and she didn't answer my question instead right away she offered a reschedule.😧 I was like no Why would I want to reschedule I only asked a simple question, and she tried to explain that it was no possible way for her to know when They were going to call me because she couldn't go to the back nor call to find out because the technician were with other patients and couldn't be interrupt. She took the time to explain all of this information that was irrelevant. Her coworker that had just arrive from I assumed picking up her breakfast from DD came to her rescue and got involve in the conversation trying to fix how rude she was actually acting.well I swept that under the rug and let be. Then the assistant call me in 3 minutes later. Well what I'm going to imagine that my son who was with and they didn't even notice stay in the waiting room and once I walked out that room they were all trash talking me. My son was so mad but he didn't said anything when I came out from the back 1 HR later I wish them all a good day and thank them and my son tells me I shouldn't be so nice to them because they were talking nonsense in front of everyone when I walk in. I went back to the front desk worker & I let her know how unprofessional she was.and for the rest of them . Is very sad that there is no professionalism. And no respect and no value to the patient. The silliest thing is that all of them were in no position to be making fun of my "hunger" for the fasting due to they were the ones eating donuts and DD BREAKFAST, right there. Please. I'm trying to report this as soon as I can but I been transfer from one place to the other. These people need to respect and be more professional their ethnics is out of place. UNBELIEVABLE. Looking for other place to go. Will never go back to this one.

  I never want to go back appointment time was given wrong I came in at 9:30 am and ended up there till 6:47 pm just for a stereotactic biopsy. No one is held accountable and they act as if your wrong to complain. I hope to God to never have to go back it was a nightmare worst part my ride left and nurses left me cab money bc they knew they took way to long to get me out. There weren't doing me any favors they were coving there butts. Then when I tried to make a complaint they didn't want to take it. Never again never again !!

  I never had any problems ,place is always clean ,stuff is polite and the doctor i see is awesome.

  This place big with enough parking for everyone. It can get somewhat hectic with traffic and taxi's but it's worth the trip if you have any medical issues.
