  Thier front desk people are not professional at all very lazy, you can tell they don't wanna be there or do the work. They never answer the phones so unless you go in person you can't do anything.

  I’ve literally been here for over an hour and everyone has gotten called that was here after me. Customer service is horrible and calling to schedule an appointment is a joke. Save your time. The doctors are great but their front office needs a major upgrade.

  There dental service is amazing , however no one ever picks up the phone , no oneeee! It’s very frustrating to constantly get an answering machine, and when you leave a message no one calls or it takes forever to call you back.. they need better customer service skills at the front desk!

  Whats the point of them having a phone if they never answer it? I have been calling every day for 2 weeks and no one answers. My daughters dentist recommended this place I guess I need to find another location.
