::My experience this week at this location was a great experience. Everyone was very attentive courteous and on top of their job. Everything went according to plan from the moment I got there I was out with my cataract eye surgery within two and a half hours. I'm 64 years old I've been around, but this was the best experience I've had dealing with a hospital. Definitely recommend this place.

::They are fast and friendly. If you want to be in and out do NOT go to any other ER come here, these people are friendly and they really care about you. They will take care of you. Best hospital I've ever been to in my life aside from White Plains Hospital. You'll be in and out in no time.

::Took my Dad for catarac surgery. Had him there at a specific time. 3 hours later still waiting to get taken upstairs for the surgery. When we complained they took him upstairs just to not hear the complaints. Upstairs waited another 4 hours. The procedure is only 20 min. They don't care one bit in this place about your comfort or discomfort waiting all day without food as it is a pre-surgery requirement from the midnight prior to surgery. All they care about is fitting in as many patients to make as much money as they can. Most of their patients are elderly people and its completely wrong to subject them to this abuse. The Health Dept. should investigate this place. On top of everything else the staff is useless and doesn't want to hear or be bothered with complaints. They are just here for a paycheck. This was the second time we came to this hospital and the exact same outcome
