  I went there for a simple root touch up for my blonde hair. I came out with my roots an obvious brass color. No blending at all too, it was a blunt line of 2 different colors. The service was good though bc the next day I went in and they fixed it free of charge

  55$ for a full set and I told the guy I wanted my nails long so he still decided to cut them how he wanted & made them very short then offered to take the tips off and re do them I was already very upset at this point so I told him just leave it & told him I said long & even had a picture on what I wanted. My nails are so short there was no point of getting them done ! They are expensive & is over priced for no reason ! He cut me at least 5 times never said sorry & made me bleed 3 times as well. I got a pedicure & they charged me to take the gel off my toes ! Which is crazy bc they don’t charge to take gel off your fingers when u get a fill . I ended up dining my nails myself bc I told h Numerous times I wanted very sharp coffin shape nails exactly how the picture is on google OF THE SALON ! Come To find out that pic is not their work . Then I was trying to still enjoy my expensive service and have small talk and he completely ignored me I had to have asked him the same question at least 4-5 times n didn’t even Make eye contact. Then he cut me once again this time blood was almost dripping I had to ask for a tissue since he didn’t have enough decency to give me one. Then I go to pay and the owner said every thing perfect right u love service yes & I said no I’m very upset and disappointed so she offers me to not charge me WHEN I BREAK A NAIL , to get if fixed for Free. I came here for the good reviews and was thinking I was going to have a great experience. I will never come here again & will be contacting the better business beauru. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Paid 80$ for basic full set & basic pedi literally just threw my money in the trash never going there again !!!

  I've only been here twice, but that was two times too many. Decently priced, but still not worth it. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was rude, and cut me twice, even after I asked her to be more gentle because she was hurting me. Also looking at my manicure now I realize I do a better job myself. Lesson learned, not worth it. I only give two stars because the woman whom I assume the owner was very pleasant when I arrived and when I left, and also because the price was fair.
