  Rudy is awesome. He helped me understand what I need to do to my car before winter but didn't try to scare me into something I don't need. This is my second d time here and I will Definately be back. The whole crew here are professional and very pleasant.

  Terrible customer service. Mechanics don’t even know installation prices. Was incredibly rude on the phone as well. Was told they do not honor the sales being advertised on their own website. Even though it says the sales price is honored at their store.

  Stopped to have head lights and a back turn signal replaced. Rudy was super personable. And gave me a great deal. A new crew has taken over the location. Give them a try!

  Great store!! Guy at the counter with tattoos was very helpful. Another shop told me I needed tires which I just got about 5 months ago. I came here for a second opinion and he told I was fine and just needed a wheel balance. Saved me a ton of money. My car no longer shakes. Very honest and I highly recommend this store. Thanks Monro Ridge Rd. Staff!!!
