  Very courteous and helpful. They are not pushy or condescending like some places. The manager informed me of a needed repair on my Jeep and gave me. Pricing to get it done but didn't push me about it. Good prices as well.

  The 96th street location is the best. The staff is always pleasant and professional. I am always able to make my service appointments online and receive confirmation that my appointment has been booked. The shop is always clean and organized.

  I have been going to Monro for several years and frequently refer to them as my "car doctor". Eric and his staff, Chris and Calvin, not only repair my car when needed but also take the time to explain every intricacy of problems that arise, as well as the solutions to prevent or remedy them. I still go to this shop even after I moved and now live 30 minutes away. I had a flat this week and had to go to a different shop just down the street from my house to get my completely flat tire replaced, I asked them to hold off on replacing other tires so I could have my trusted Monro staff check them out. Sure enough, Eric and crew took care of everything as they tracked all the activity on my car and were able to diagnose the issue (while the other shop only told me, "You're tires are really bad, you need to get new ones", without being able to explain why). Monro on Keystone is like family and I don't really trust anyone else with my vehicle. My car was done in a jiffy. And they have reasonable prices to boot! Big shout to Eric, Chris and Calvin!!!

  Fantastic experience. I dropped my car off Saturday around 8:30 (no appointment) and they had the muffler replaced within 2 hours. They quoted me at $500 which is a steal compared to the dealership that quoted me at $1300. The car is driving great now and the part has a lifetime warranty! Also, the manager is super friendly and even gave me a recommendation for a windshield repair shop.
