  Understanding. However the only mistake that I ever made with then was because my payment schedule changed, and I was not notified. They were very understanding with the repayment of the loan, but it hit me for a fee from them and from my bank. If they would have simply told me that the payment would come out in two payments instead of three the timing, would have known do you have my money in the bank. My sole purpose was to build credit with them, and to keep my bank account from overdrafting ever. Unfortunately that's exactly what didn't happen. All of that being said, inevitably is my responsibility to know when my payments are coming how much. Therefore, I cannot be too upset, but I will take away one star.
