  Terrible place. Strongly do not recommend it. I was refused to get money because I didn't want to explain the counter guy why I'm staring at him so. And I was just a little sleepy, by the way. For me it's completely strange when at the MoneyGram branch where you pay money to get a certain level of service, you're asked to explain something more than you personal information (like your first and last name and etc). The situation is that I don't get any commission for the transfer, but the branch does. So after certain amount of arguing I was REFUSED to get money . I just told the guy that I still have a right to watch(not STARE, like it was told by him) at people at the way I want and can ,without giving them an explanation ...And the guy told me that I don't have to come to his place with this kind of ATTITUDE. I was just FORCED to live. So there's no need to feed them with commission they get if they can't even provide you with good service. It's a CITY, not a COUNTRY. I mean there're a lot of free minded MoneyGram branches in NYC to get your money from, except this awful place.
