  Ignorance a rudeness towards customers must be company culture here. I came in around 3:30 today to cash a check and the two women working were so ignorant and rude. I am embarrassed for the manager who hired them. I also wonder if the business owners are aware that thier brand is being represented so poorly. The first woman I dealt with who was wearing long braids and seemed to be in her late twenties was speaking so softly I could barely hear her. She then got an attitude with me (at her own lack of communication skills I guess) and slammed a paper nonsensically against the glass window for me to read ... I then went over to the other customers service rep who was wearing earrings and had dreadlocks and stated that I only wanted to cash a check and voiced my concern about the rudeness and lack of professional service I had received. She then attempting to argue with me and defend her co-workers unprofessionalism. Just when I thought they couldnt be more unprofessional she attempted to reprimand me for voicing my complaints as customer and threw the check in my face through an upper slot in the glass window. I will never be coming here again and I hope that the management can find adequate and professional replacements both of these women . I have posted a video for all to see above...

  I did Cash my check. Isn't that what they supposed to do? A Lil slow at times like the banks but I got done what I needed

  $10 to cash a $100 money order. Bad attitude and didn't tell me of the fee. I went to another check cashing place and they where quick ,nice and it was only $3. You can't take my money while rolling your eyes at me. Going somewhere else for good.

  Doesn't deserve one star. I would never come here again!!!!! $15 to cash a $100 money order. The lady was on her cell phone the whole time, having a personal conversation. How professional is that?Why do you need a social security number and a thumbprint to cash a money order? So worried about her phone conversation, that she wasn't doing her job correctly. Took so long to cash a money. Using profanity while in customers presence. The smell in there was unbearable. Need to hire new employees and train them correctly.
