  Google, you need a negative scale. Why? This guy would be far to the left of zero. From the start, everything with with this guy was a literal "project". He likes to push to get a contract signed with you and then doesn't bother to read what's been agreed to, so stand your ground and get what you've paid for. He'll then bellyache that he's "taking a bath", but in reality, he's a poor project manager. He claims to have been a carpenter at one point, but considering the shoemaker quality work (and that's putting down a shoemaker), it's doubtful he's touched a hammer in a long time, or ever for that matter, it is obvious. He knows zip about the products he installs, so do your own homework. The subcontractors he hires are also at the bottom of the pile, so watch every step otherwise you'll have some mess on your hands. Giving a zero rating would be too generous.
