  Came all the way from Kalamazoo Michigan to buy a specific jacket and was informed they no longer make that style by the manager named Bart and the salesman, and that they may have 1 size available in New York. After being hustled into a different jacket from them I wasn’t even sure about I visited Neiman Marcus across the street. Not only did they say that they had the original jacket I wanted available, they also informed me that the jacket was not discontinued and was part of a brand new collection started a few months ago. They also had the jacket I bought and the one I wanted for lower prices than the Moncler store. When I called the manager (Bart) trying to explain the situation and that I feel very dissatisfied after dropping $1000 on a designer jacket and being lied to. The manager refused to refund my purchase, offer store credit (they said that i wore the jacket out of the store but their receipt states that with original tags the jacket may still be returned for store credit in wearable condition). Or do an exchange and was very impolite on top of it. After shopping at many high end designer stores and receiving top tier customer service I’m appalled from the service I received today. I will definitely never be visiting this store again and I recommend that anyone shopping for Moncler in Chicago go to the store at Neiman Marcus for their better variety, cheaper prices, better customer service and return polices.

  The store is rather small but includes a great selection of men’s and women’s products. I’ve always received good service from the sales associates. There’s also an amazing scent to the store the is fits right in with Moncler’s aesthetic.

  Friendly, efficient staff. Items easy to find in store, staff also makes suggestions. Always love shopping at this place!
