  Don't try to order anything online and expect it to be ready when they promise. I ordered some paint samples online and received an email a couple of hours later saying that they were ready to pick up. When I got there the store had closed early. When I went the next day, I was informed that the paints hadn't been mixed but if I waited for 10-15 min they could make them for me. So not much point in using the online service, you might as well just show up.
