  They are so slow. Spent 4 hours here for a simple cleaning. Receptionist was never at the counter , bathrooms are dirty, and overall service is not satisfying. They basically just brushed my teeth.

  Have been to this place several time. when I first went I ask them to let be know what work I needed. They suggested 8 thousand worth of dental work. 15 years later I have had only a couple of fillings. So how bad did I need all that dental work. Some times they do a better job on cleanings then others, but I think it's due to the technician more than anything. I think the last straw was the crown done improperly, didn t know till I got a second opinion. They were reluctant to redue it till I proved to them it was a bad crown. Then they had excuses how they overlooked their mistake. They do seem a little understaffed. I feel like it's a money game, just being shuffled thru as fast as possible.

  The front desk staff is the best. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed and remembered. The dental hygienist is friendly and does a real good job of cleaning your teeth and providing a comfortable environment while doing so.

  Robert did my deep cleaning today. He has calming & pleasant personality and a gentle hand. I was nervous prior to the visit but he put me right at ease. Out of all the routine dental cleanings in my life, this was the least painless and this was not even a routine cleaning because I had avoided going to the dentist for years. I left the office almost dancing because it went so much better than I expected. Everyone I have met at this office from front desk to Dr. Poquiz has been so friendly & I recommend them highly.

  Amazing customer service skills! I came all the way from Dallas to Mansfield just to see this awesome team! I am so glad to call Monarch Dental of Mansfield my dental home! Too cheesy? Lol well I just absolutely love the people that work here and the work they do. I might add that it was so simple and quick to schedule an appointment! Thank you for your service Monarch Dental and providing me with a beautiful smile! Thank you, Michele
