  Marc the owner, has been cutting my hair since I was sixteen years old. He continued to cut my hair through my Diplomatic career and indeed may have the most prestigious international clientele in the Washington metropolitan area. He is an artist and friend who makes one feel welcomed and leaves confident to face the world. Peter
