  Horrible experience. We went in for a mani/pedi & were rushed the entire time. The nail tech didn't check the temperature of the water for the pedicure & when I told her it was way too hot she did nothing about it. Also, grabbed my hands to remove finger polish while I was still in the pedicure chair. When doing the manicure, she grabbed a hot towel that was scalding hot & when I told her it was too hot she said I had baby skin. No it was way too hot. I also pointed out cotton that got stuck to my nails & she tried to get it off & then just decided to keep it there. It was not relaxing at all & all she was doing was rushing me to get to the next person. I will NOT be going back. Go anywhere but here.

  Zero massage on feet or legs. Zero massage after pedicure. The tools used on my feet weren't sanitized. Came right out of a jar that had obviously been used. Yuk! Won't go back here. 20$ wasted.

  BEWARE! It was HORRIBLE! I will never go there again! Mani/Pedis are supposed to b relaxing & this was far from it! It was painful from start to finish! The lady burned the skin off of my heel bc she left the callous remover on too long, I had to call her back over to take it off now I have a bloody burn! Then on top of that I'm trying to get out of the chair & she's shaking me down for her tip! Don't go here!

  The worst place I have ever been to. They gipped me horribly. They try to manipulate you to get their highest priced nail design. And I said I wanted my nails to be a specific way and the lady said no I will do it my way, and did it her way and they were no where near what I wanted. I said I wasn't happy at all with my nails and she still made me pay 70$. Never go there!

  I have been going to Momo for over 5 years and have only been treated with kindness and attentiveness. Each person gives a better pedicure than the next. I have had a pedicure by everyone in Momo and each gives an outstanding message. My manicures are also excellent. I highly recommend Momo.
