  Very severely understaffed. Night shift non existent. Had to pay an outside nurses aide every night or my husband would have gotten NO CARE!! Once they find out how many days your insurance will pay for, you become their cash cow. Horrible place.

  Momemtum is wonderful in every way, the staff, the aides, the therapists are all great. They care about their patients. The place is clean & the food is good. There is even a small cafe with fresh coffee & cakes baked right there that are available to everyone for free. I was there for 2 1/2 months & I would definitely recommend it for care of a loved one.

  This place is the best. My Mom was there for rehab and it was an awesome experience. Friendly and attentive staff. I don't usually leave feedback on site. But after reading the other reviews I felt I needed to tell you go for a tour and see for yourself. That's how I found this place. I'm so glad she got the care she did while she was there. I have also recommended other to Momentum and they have all had the same experience. Also, I've been to other rehabs before and they are the best!!

  Mom was inadvertently at Momentum for longer than her approved days, I her daughter live in FLORIDA and was on the contact list for emergencies. her insurance was all messed up, there is another sister and brother who live on Long Island and apparently weren't contacted or whatever. but my mother has since died with no insurance so there is no one left to get money from but they are now sending the bills directly to me, and now my turn I'm handing the next one to my lawyer. PS: the staff taking care of my Mom were very nice and helpful and did take very good care of her, I called every few days and I did talk to her with their assistance.

  My mother has stayed at Momentum three times over the past 3 years for mobility issues. The average length of her stay is about 2 months. I asked mom today how she would rate the facility and she said 5 stars across the board. The staff, the food and PT are excellent. From a family point of view, the facility and residents are clean. The small day room on the second floor is lovely with table and chairs to visit with family. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. There is a small bakery where residents can get fresh baked treats. Mom has gone to the salon to get her hair done. If you have to go to a long term care facility this is a good choice.
