  I purchased the new wide lens and phone strap. I paid an extra $27 for the express shipping. I order before the time indicated on the website for the shipment to go out. I paid extra because I was going on a trip. Two days later, when I should be receiving the product...I get an email saying the order is ready to be shipped, and I will get it 5-days later...so my 2-day shipment turned into 7, and now I won't have the product for my trip. No way to contact the company as they do not provide a phone number, and send them a message through their site says they will get back to you in 72-hours...

  No customer service number, poor communication and sloppy product roll outs. Highly recommend to get a different cell phone camera lens.
