  Be wary of this SPA. They have no mercy for emergencies causing you to cancel. We were just charged 1/2 price ($170.00) when we had to cancel due to hot water heater bursting and flooding our basement. We called as soon as we knew, but no empathy from this place. Really????

  The front desk staff was horrific, didn't even look up from the phone when I walked in and then insulted me and didn't apologize. I would never, ever step foot in this place and don't recommend anyone does either. A truly horrific experience.

  Therapist was fantastic. Front desk was terrible, rude and unfriendly. Took over 20 minutes to pay for service because system was down....zero consideration given for wasted time and inconvenience. Poor customer service.

  My mom, sister & I came here while we were in Nashville for a girl's day. They were able to accommodate all 3 of us at the same time for Swedish massages, which I've found can be difficult. And we were able to all have female masseuses, which was our preference. My massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. My mom and sister both enjoyed theirs as well. We were also pleased to find they have showers with all the amenities. We were able to get cleaned up after the massage so the rest of our afternoon wasn't spent looking like urchins. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope to find in an upscale spa. They have a relaxation room with snacks and complimentary beverages (champagne, water, tea etc). The customer service was impeccable too. I thought it was a little pricey on the front end but after it's all said and done, all the extras make up for it. I would definitely return if I'm in Nashville again looking for a great spa.
