  Avoid this place!!! Giving them 1 star is even too generous... when I was purchasing my furniture a woman was coming in complaining I ignored it when I shouldn't have!! The furniture they claim is from Ashley. I've had my couch and dining room set for 6 months and had to get it repaired 3 times. And when it's time to be repaired the "manager" says next week someone will be out there... after a week of no one coming out every day is tomorrow. I didn't no anything for the furniture to be in need of a repair. If your going to buy furniture that no one is going to utilize and it's just for looks then you will be fine. But if you plan to sit on your couch or chair your better off trying another place ...

  everytime I go there a young guy that works there is always great to me and my family and honest to me on which furniture will last I am very pleased with the dresser drawers that I puchased in october they are good and sturdy and I extremely pleased with the Ashley sofas that just arrived they are high quality We love them

  The customer service is despicable. This place is exactly why you should not support your neighborhood store and instead go to a big furniture outlet. Please do not waste you time. One star is too generous for the quality of service this store offers.

  Love love love this place!!! Everyone is so nice & helpful especially Mike. I went in just to buy a bed and ended up buying a bedroom set and a living room set for my new apartment. The delivery went so smoothly I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this place!!!

  I bought a bed from Moe's furniture yesterday morning, Wednesday 2/22/17 and after telling the salesman that I needed my old bed removed, he said that the old bed could only be left outside for me. Because I live in a private house, I explained that wasn't an option unless they were going to deliver it the same day because it was garbage & recycling night which would then allow me to leave the old bed outside for garbage pick up this morning. He replied with the promise that he could have the bed delivered between 6 & 8 p.m. No problem. He charged me more money for the service. Well, the bed didn't come & I had already prepared my room for the new bed by taking the old bed apart. When I spoke to Moe's furniture, I was told that their truck had broken down on the Cross Bronx and they were working on it. Whether that is true or not, I don't know. What I do know is that I didn't get the bed and ended up having a very difficult night. I was promised 1st delivery this morning. So far I haven't heard anything. Buyer Beware!
