  I came in because of a cold sore. It took less than two minutes to check in and I think I waited for three. The staff were all SO polite and very friendly. The doctor who took care of me was very reassuring and gave me explicit instructions. They also made sure to save me the most money with the prescriptions they wrote. The facility is right next to a Duane Reade pharmacy, so it couldn’t have been more convenient. It was such a smooth, comfortable experience. I will certainly go again if need be. They even have Wi-Fi!

  I needed an Urgent Care facility close to the area I was in at the time. I searched Google and called ModernMD. The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone. When I got there the staff was very professional and attentive. The facility was immaculate and the waiting time was very short. My daughter was in and out in no time after being throughly assessed. I will Definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

  My daughter was sick so I brought her here instead of the ER. I am so happy I did the service was outstanding and quick. The staff is nice and the place is clean. So glad to have this place in my neighborhood.

  Have your insurance company on speed dial when you come here. They charge you higher copays claiming it's a specialist. And then when you call the insurance company and verify, they give you attitude about refunding your money. They won't even give you anything to prove that they will refund you the difference for what they over charged! *side note- the doctor didn't even attempt to help my symptoms. He told me to schedule an appointment with my PCP, but here's a question, if I was able to see my PCP would I be at an urgent care facility? This place is a joke!

  I was very impressed with the staff and the doctor I saw today. The place was clean and everything was efficient. I do not have insurance right now and it was only $99 for my visit and $25 for my flu test, which I was grateful for because I was positive for flu. Thank you to Modern MD for being a help to me!
