  Great items, awesome selection however prices are a little high and owner is NOT negotiable or very personable. Owner was kind of rude when we tried to negotiate.

  Father and Daughter shop he was very nice to my and my little brother from Chicago. Would highly recommend this place! Great antiques and hospitality.!!

  These guys are awesome. visited Vegas again recently and I can't tell you how happy I was to find the new arts district area and get off of the strip. So many great shops along this strip with awesome treasures, but I ended up spending my money purchasing an awesome headhunter statue and a mask made of wood and root. SO cool. Nice guys in the shop and is helping ship the headhunter home since it wouldn't fit in my carry on. Next time I visit I'm bringing an empty check luggage bag and some additional cash because there were so many awesome finds at Modern Mantiques and the surrounding shops. Thanks Jeff!

  Every want to go on a treasure hunt? Modern mantiques makes that childhood adventure an adult possibly. From old Army gear to apothocary bottles or your great-great-grandfather's pipes to random neon signage... They have a treasure for every buyer. If you're in the Art's District, I strongly recommend that you stop by and check this spot out. 😁

  Love this store! It’s so awesome. Family oriented so you’ll only experience great customer service. Great finds too and prices are reasonable. 5 stars for this epic store.
