  Great store.. Slightly upset about the store changing from Russell brand to a new vendor. New product is not as good.

  Bought a pair of boots from there a month ago,the soul split open almost putting me down a flight of steps,i go to return them for another pair bc obviously they were defective and Mark their manager laughed at me and told me i was basically lying that there was no way they were a month old when they pulled up the receipt in their vip program he still refused to return them for store credit...he treated me like a scamster and like i havent spent a ton of money there in the last year...then called me a fu*king as*hole as i walked out...i wanna know what dumpster they found this guy in when they hired him...expect to be misstreated by him if you have to talk to management...
