  The whole place is a Mess Customer service is None existant. Sales people walk around don't seem to know or care about what's going on, nor are they helpful at all

  Usually have want I want. Friendly service. I give it only 4 stars, because sometimes have to track down salesperson. Store is clean and the staff usually keeps everything organized

  Very disappointed in the service. I explained that I went to another Modells store and they offered 15 discount, they didn't have my size at that store. The manager was very dismissive of what I said. She told the cashier that we don't do that. Not handled very professionally.

  Prices are nothing special but I’ve been impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection of boots and shoes.

  Good selection of sports clothing. Regular sales make shopping more fun. The rewards program is 20 dollars per 400 points.
