  Had a terrible experience at Modells UES last night ...this definetely is not the first one but the worst of all. This dude Dominick is hanging out in the kids shoes department arranging and clearing all the shoes around and when I asked for a size Behaved shocked that we even asked him that like he doesn't even work there and then responds with a very bad attitude and bad baf body language saying that he doesn't work in that department instead of saying he will call for help as he clearly is an employee there and this kind of behaviour was very offensive and also seemed racist . Not to mention the other employees behaviour who always behave like they are doing you a big favor by assisting you and rolling eyes like we disturb them specially most of the female employees. I am a regular customer there shopping for a family of 4 but i don't think I will shop at this location again .

  JUST AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went in looking for some warm running clothes for the new season. After I went about most of the women's dept and picked out my clothes, I made my way to the fitting room, where I was told I can only bring in 4 items; no big deal I thought. I had about 10 or 12 items with me, so I asked the sales attendant if I can put it down first and pick out which 4 items I wanted to try on first. She literally did not say anything and just rolled her eyes and opened the door for me. I ignored it, picked out my 4 items, and gave her the rest. Once I was ready for the other 4, I opened the door and waited for awhile for someone to even notice me. Mind you, the original sales attendant was just standing around by the register doing nothing this whole time. After a few minutes, another sales attendant came by and asked if I needed anything. I asked her if I can have another 4 items to try on. Of course, all of my clothes I picked out are gone. Another sales associate returned all of them to the original racks. To try to make up for it, she asks me to list everything out for her that I picked up....really? I decide to just ask for these under armour compression shorts that I really wanted to try on. I wait in the dressing room for another 5 minutes. After that, I start to put my clothes back on and decide this is over. Once I open the door, ANOTHER sales associate hands me a pair of Nike regular shorts, and asks "Is this what you wanted?".... And the worst part of it all is that not once did one single person apologize for the mishap. I talked to three different people and they all acted like they couldn't care less to even be there, let alone help any customers. Well, they lost a customer in me. I definitely will not be returning.

  Got a great deal on a pair of sneakers. All was great until I got to the register. Cashier rolled her eyes... asked if I'm on the line (I was behind the customer she was taking care of holding a shoe box.. what were you expecting?? And there was literally NO ONE else on line) [side note: while I was on the line there were two workers to my left standing there doing NOTHING and another to my right. When I walked in there were two OTHER workers and again... just standing there. NOT ONE of them asked if I needed assistance. WASTE. COMPLETE WASTE.] Anyway.. at the end of my purchase I said thank you, her response: silence. NOTHING. WORST STORE EVER.
