  New owner staff is amazing. Very helpful and nice people. Previous owner staff were really harsh, especially if you are “non-white”

  Great local hardware store... I've been here so many times… they do a very nice job of stocking a wide variety of things you'll need as well as offering help if you need it. This store is more than enough for pretty much everything.

  Model Hardware is as dedicated to getting YOUR project done. They will talk to you about your project and make sure that it gets done on budget and right. The owners are always around to ensure that the store is running efficiently and that there is always somebody who is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products in the store and techniques for jobs etc. If you are in a rush, they will hurry you through. If you are confused, they will sit down and explain things to you. If you are not 100% confident in everything you are doing, these guys will give you the tools, parts and knowledge to get the job done right. Its also a great deal price wise, that really their best part! (LOL)

  Over-and-above helpful staff. Went to exchange a power strip that didn't work, but I didn't have either the receipt or the packaging. Stephen helped me out by testing the power strip and verifying it didn't work, suggesting a better alternative since they were out of it, and just making the exchange without making me pay for the new product. Really helpful, really knowledgeable.
