  One of two places in Queens that allow Quads/Drones. The other is Flushing Meadows but the sign outside the circle says it's only for control line or tethered flying. Forest Park has this circle surrounded by a ring of tall trees which make it difficult for line-of-sight flying. This area is part of a tiny strip that lies outside the 5 mile radius of both JFK and LaGuardia airport.
