  Over priced and bad maintenance at this place. It is new but looks more run down every time I visit my friend. It is a shame because it is a nice location.

  I love living here, the location is great and the building is really quiet due to steel and concrete construction. My only complaint is that the shower is really tiny.

  One of the major problems with this building is you can't get cell phone service in it.
