  I will not rest until this manager is dealt with. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my LIFE!!! I came here on Saturday around 4 o clock and pumped 6 dollars into my car. When I checked my card it showed $91 had been taken out from this gas station. In my years of driving my Honda I’ve NEVER had this happened and automatically assumed it was an error on THEIR part. I drove back to the station and immediately saw the manager. And I told him that his gas station pulled out $91 instead of of 6 and he said do you have the receipt? I said no I don’t he walked away and said well *shrugs*. So as I saw him walk away I said look I’m gonna have to call the cops because i feel like this is stealing” he immediately started yelling and CURSING me out!!! Ultimately, It became a war of words where we were cursing each other out. He then brought me in the store to print out the receipt all the while cursing me out. Once I told him I was recording him he stopped and was then trying to explain to me to call my bank because there was a hold. I kid you not. This man Called me every name in the book! I was called stupid, he belittled me for driving a Honda Civic While HE drives a BMW. I kid you not I have it on video and I WILL send it to corporate. Again, I WILL report this to Exxon Mobile corporate. Along with the Better Business Bureau and file all the complaints I can. I’m 23 years old with a bachelors and masters degree and I’ll be DAMNED if I allow anyone to call me stupid. Especially a store MANAGER whose job is customer service. Had this man explained to me OUTSIDE the store the situation it would not have escalated. But I guess that’s too much to ask from someone who is “soooo smart and drives a BMW”
