::I tried doing plenti here and they charged me 20,000 points and I payed $20, but at no discount. When I told them they didn't refund me my $20 or points. They @##_*"@ stole my money. NEVER GET GAS FROM HERE!!!

::Went to get gas when my tank was almost empty. Used my CC, entered my zip code like normal, and the pump automatically selected premium fuel instead of regular. Canceled the transaction and tried again. The pump wouldn't let me select regular so I went to a different pump. Tried again and the attendant inside canceled my transaction. Not coming here anymore...

::It took roughly 30 minutes to put two gallons of gas. Employee 1 used my points without my authorization. When I tried to verify that he hadn't used my points, I was assure he had not. I got my gas & Employee 2 called me back in. He apologized that E1 had used my points & they would refund what I had paid, since they couldn't put my points back. Frustrating, but E2 had made a fair attempt to rectify the error (not an unreasonable solution, right?) Enter Employee 3, who proceeds to lie about how Plenti works (I know it's a lie because I'm not new to using Plenti at Exxon or Mobil). E3 says that when you swipe your card, it automatically uses your points, and they don't do anything on their end. Bull. When you swipe your card, they're supposed to give you the option of using your points, or declining to in favor of a greater discount on another day (I know, I've done it with some frequency, and this was the first time I've had a problem). Don't insult me by lying to me. Apologizing for the mistake, and being proactive with a remedy was the right thing to do: quick and simple. E3 stepping in and lying just created an aggravating waste of time. If you have to gas up there, swipe your card at the pump & use your credit card. You don't know if the staff on duty will know how to handle a cash transaction inside.
