::Taro Snow Cream 5/5 Taro flavor shaved ice cream 5/5 pearls done right with bounce and chewiness (rare thing these days) 5/5 pudding $7 Decent size and flavor for that price Milk Tea 5/5 proper pearls texture comparable with T4βs 1/5 Tea, canβt taste any. overwhelmed by milk and bit watered down even before any ice melted. (more improvement needed here) $5 not worth it for the drink Great location can be improved with warmer lighting, light music and electrical outlets for study group and hangout. Perhaps board games and manga books upstairs to utilize all that space to attract more business and liveliness like the restaurant area just behind this establishment.

::Always good to visit and eat here or take something to go. Finger foods are filling and good. They have additional selections like Dan Dan noodles and Honey spicy chicken to try out. The selection for their brick toast is now down to 4 options. Parking is sufficient and street parking is available.

::This place luckily had a parking lot with about 5 spaces. Access to the lot was limited by one direction so I had to make a loop around the block once. The store appeared to be two stories, but I only traversed the first floor. Some good selections for tea and food. I had to S'mores toast which was pretty tasty but a bit sweet. Wish it had more berries. The bubble teas were just ok. They were a little weak in the tea flavor and didn't have a lot of creaminess. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

::Small parking lot with a giant dip from the storm drain. If you have a lowered car, be careful. Plenty of street parking. Wasn't super packed so we sat inside. They spaced out best they could with the tables. Every table has a sign indicating if it has been cleaned or not. Ordered our drinks, half sweet, but still super sweet for us. Now mind you thats just how we like our drinks, never full blast. I like the flavor, but as I said, a bit too sweet. The popcorn chicken was pretty good. Piping hot and good amount of meat. Friendly staff and pretty decent speed and the drinks and food. Will come back for sure.
