  As I sit outside their shop I am writting this. Its Wednesday April 11th 2018. Roughly 10 minutes till 11am. I returned to this place due to their amazing selection. I purchased some trinity force sights for a great price. As I entered the gun section I was able to browse in peace. At some point I wanted to try on a couple pistols I have been researching. I found myself looking through things twice over and not one person offered to help. I get I should have asked for help. I figured they had more important things to do that were related to their business, than to have common courtesy to say hello to a customer let alone help someone make a well educated decision when it comes to purchasing a firearm. My first pistol for CCW lr pistol overall. Unfortunately I'll have to go elsewhere. My journey for decent customer service goes on Haha. This is just my experience. I've gone to several gun retailers and they don't seem to show interest. Also my first time here the gentlemen was very helpful with the couple quetionsnj had ag the time. I just don't like coming into a business and not being acknowledged.

  I was really shocked on the inventory O.M.G. they have the best tactical dept i seen in phx . They guys there are experts.

  This guys smoke all gun shops in Western States they have the biggest selection of all tactical upgrade equipment friendly salesmen and have a tactical gunsmith on site. .
