  My local Queens Village repair shop quoted me a price of $113 to replace the roller brush in my Oreck vacuum. I thought that was too much and was then referred to Mike, from M&M Vacuums in Middle Village. Mike was awesome. He asked all the right questions on the phone and told me exactly what he thought I needed and gave me a price of $49. When we went to see Mike, he was great, he fixed it right in front of us, and charged me $49. His honesty and mannerisms were fantastic. M&M just picked up a new customer--Mike is the best! !!!!!!!

  Mike was a pleasure to deal with. My Miele canister vacuum was in desperate need of repair. I was grateful for Mike’s suggestions and very happy with the work he did and parts he replaced. This was my first time at M&M and I will continue to go there from now on. Mike is the best.
