  MLB installed my irrigation system. They offered a very fair price, arrived the day of install and professionally did such, including carefully trenching around my old oak trees and demonstrated how to use the controller when completed. Lydia, Lacy and Brian are the folks I worked with and they were all professional and kind. I highly recommend their service.

  POOR! After service person came out, actually made changes to my sprinkler setting without my knowledge, trying to get him back out was impossible. Spoke to someone who was suppose to check with him and call me back that never happened. Long story short, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

  I cannot begin to describe the unprofessional and discourteous behavior by Lydia who runs the front office of this business. Shortly after I purchased a new home near 7 figures, I learned that the main line to the sprinkler had been dislodged during some drainage work that was done a few weeks before I bought the property. The prior owner said MLB performed the work. I contacted MLB and had to interface with Lydia who refused to address the problem because the sprinklers were working "fine" after they did the work (something she would have no way of knowing) and quickly told me that nothing would be covered under their 1 year warranty though she had no idea what the problem was or what needed to be done. She refused to send someone to the property to determine if their work caused the problem. She refused to send the paperwork so I could see for myself what work MLB had performed. She refused to let me speak to the owner of the company. After yelling for 10 minutes, she finally agreed to send me the paperwork but never did. She claimed she did not have my address which would obviously be on any paperwork. The truth is there is no paperwork and she has no idea what was done - just that it was done perfectly. If you let these people on your property, be sure everything is in writing and that you check everything and insist that your approval of the work only be in writing so there is a record and God help you if you have to deal with this woman

  We had a great experience with MLB. They installed a new control box for our system and tested all the zones. Adan was wonderful, friendly, polite and very informative on the new system. We will definitely use MLB again, and highly recommend them.

  I had a leak in my backyard and MLB came out same day and fixed it. They also shut off some sprinklers so we could install a deck. He went above and beyond by marking my grass so the deck installers wouldn't dig into them by accident. They explained everything clearly and were very friendly and professional. Their pricing was great too! I would definitely recommend them and will be calling him back to do some more work in the front yard. Thanks MLB landscape i couldnt be any happier!
