::Had a superb dinner here on a Saturday evening. It was early so not too busy. Delicious scallops and the Lobster Mac was yum. Very attentive servers and a good wine selection. We were not staying here but had heard the restaurant was good from friends. So it's a yes from us and we will be back for those desserts again.

::Good food, service and drinks...sat at the bar with 5 of my friends to skip the line for a table. Smart move, the bartenders were great!

::Had a surprisingly bad dinner last night at MKT. Colleagues from another company took us out to dinner and the service was very slow. Unfortunately that wasn't the worst of it. We all ordered the scallops and after eating a bite of one, we noticed the scallops strongly smelled of ammonia (which can happen when seafood has started decomposing) The Bar Manager (apparently the only manager on duty) took the food away and offered to replace it with something else with no outward concern of the bad seafood that was just served to his customers. We all chose beef - a non-seafood replacement because we were concerned that they may not be properly refrigerating their seafood. When the bill came, they charged our friends the increased price of the beef rather than the original seafood cost. After complaining that, at the very least, our hosts should only be charged the price of the original rotten food (which wasn't terribly different in price considering the overall cost of the meal), the Bar Manager said that they couldn't make any accommodations other than offering us a free cocktail. During the escalating ordeal, we made a quick call to hotel management explaining that we were professionals from large companies that were in town for the RSA conference and were shocked by the apparent lack of customer service from such a well known brand. Hotel Management finally overrode the Bar Manager and he reluctantly agreed to some settlement with our hosts but not before he asked us for business cards to prove who we worked for. I guess if we didn't work for large, well-known companies he would have had second thoughts. We told him to look us up on LINKEDIN but we weren't giving him business cards. Very Disappointed. Four Seasons normally has incredible service, but not last night. #FourSeasons @FourSeasons #winedinner #sanfrancisco #pinotnoir #chardonnay #russianrivervalley @FSSanFrancisco @SanFrancisco

::It is hard to find but worth the trouble. It is also a high priced meal, but again, worth it. To find it go into the four seasons hotel and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.
