  Very good if you are staying in downtown and you need something quickly. As well, the market bar is a decent restau bar.. no much options for veggie though..

  They close at 2. Except for tonight, when they closed early for no apparent reason. I looked at the other reviews, here and on Yelp. This seems to be something that occurs often. They just close when they feel like it. Advice: show up right when they open and you might make it in time before they close. Otherwise, the place seems nice and clean. Ca nt comment on the food because, well, I'm still hungry.

  Love this place! Food was good, great beer specials and their choice in live music really complements the chill vibes in the place. Saw full families enjoying a meal, kid friendly, and they were able to accommod our large group with a quick call ahead.

  Really neat spot with yummy food, good cocktails, and lots of live music and events. All tucked into a great grocery. Sometimes service is a little slow in the chaos, but overall a great place for dates, friends, or to treat yourself to a relaxed but quality brunch or evening out.

  Excellent seafood, broad menu and a friendly staff. When traveling and eating at restaurants for the first and perhaps only time, I rely on reviews to give me an idea of what to expect. Danton's will not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and were greeted until we walked out the door, the staff was cordial and attentive and the food excellent. The dining area has a nice feel (ambience) is not too noisy and has the feel of a well run, well established family restaurant. If I did not live 1500 miles away, I would be back regularly. Danton's is definitely on my short list for any return trips to the Houston area.
