::Terrible,me enganaron y vendieron un viaje con visita en Granada a la Alhambra y no sucedio a parte de enterarme en el aereopuerto de Miami que solamente mi esposo y yo viajabamos al tour de Fin de Ano en Espana por Munich,la comida malisima y repetitiva,una experiencia Horrible no recomendaria a nadie a viajar por MK Travel paln.

::Horrible company and lousy service. All the money you pay for your vacation goes to their beautiful posh office in Coral Gables and not to what they offer on your package. We booked our vacation with MK Travel. 14 people in our group for Punta Cana. Hotel was NOT all inclusive, no activities, no premium liquor and whatever they served was watered down, NO wi-fi and had to wait 6 hours to get a room, pool closed at 6pm. To finalize our vacation, we were taken to the airport at 11am for a 3:30pm flight. 11pm and we were still sitting at the airport with the Jose Antonio Gonzalez (Director of Operations) and Andrea Lopez-Gonzalez (Sales Manager) who kept making up stories as to why there was no plane. For example, tire blew up, was stuck in Puerto Rico, flight crew couldn't fly because they had too many hours and God knows what else. They refused to place us in hotels after being in the airport for more than 5 hours and threaten us that if we left the airport we would lose our flight and would have to find another way home to Florida. We traveled with two kids under 12 and this is just simply unacceptable. We had difficulty since the beginning. The staff do not reply to us when requesting receipt for payment. Eventually we had to go to the office to find out what was going on. Our flight package was incomplete and we didn't have the voucher needed for the transportation from the airport to the resort. If you see these people RUN!!!!
