::The best ever! I would never get my car fixed anywhere else. The people who work there are very nice, helpful, and cooperative. Thank you for all of your help!

::I first found this place years ago through an online review when I needed some work done on my car. They gave me the best price and the work was done perfectly- could not have been done better. I then recommended Mitchell's to my parents, who have both had work done here and had the same experience- perfectly done work for the lowest price. I just came back to get body work done on my car for a lot of different areas of damage. I priced this around, and Mitchell's had the best price. I got my car back today, and it's perfect. Not only did they do the work I asked for, they also fixed a lot of smaller things I didn't mention. And they didn't charge me anything for it. My car came out looking brand new. I can't think of any reason why I'd go anywhere else. The best quality work for the best price. I live in Hoboken, and it was worth it for me to drive all the way up here. I'm just super happy with my car right now- maybe you can tell?. Here's to hoping nothing else happens to it. But if something does, I know where to go.

::I chose Mitchell's because they offered to repair my quarter panel and repaint it for $500, which is the lowest price I found in the area. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. A few days after dropping the car off, I picked it up and drove it home. When I got home, I found massive paint drips that I couldn't understand how the painters could leave. I immediately called them, and they told me that they'd fix it. When I did bring it to them, the best they could do was have some disgruntled employee hand-buff the drips out. I had to tell him to continue buffing repeatedly because he kept asking if he was done. Even when the boss said it couldn't be buffed anymore because it would go through the paint, there were still faint drips on the car. I also discovered a few small ripple dents in the quarter panel that weren't previously there that I suspect had something to do with the shoddy paintwork. I've continued to have problems. The new paint is able to be scratched with a fingernail. The paint around the wheelwell has begun to bubble, and there was no rust at all on the exterior of the car before this. The shop failed to plug my CD player back in correctly, so it'd cut out every time I went over a bump. If you want a job done right, do NOT go to Mitchell's. The quality of work is legitimately embarrassing.
