  As long term customer of 2 years i decided to call it quits with my $50.00 a month membership. In the 2 years i experienced issues with inconsistency. These car washes need better equipment as they deal with mostly new cars that require better care. The staffing is an issue. They seemed to be very well understaffed resulting in mediocre washes with no attention to detail. Most of the time you can see the poor staff non stop with so many vehicles going through and very little help. So dont expect a proper dry or proper interior cleaning on your car. Dark color cars will end up with water spots amd streaks as they wong get completely dried. Not all your interior windows will be cleaned. Oh and if theres ANY damage to your vehicle due to their machines or staff, dont expect for this company to step in and care for it. You are on your own...

  Thank you, your employee was very nice, helping me out and my car looks great every time I take it to be wash here or in Casa Grande. Your place is the best

  New Favorite, 5$ wash is perfect maintenance, though I did the 16$ and the added chemicals (not time) were not a benefit in the end where I live. I love the quick prep they have someone do, giving the car a spray and guiding you into the guides. The still equipment and moving track I prefer to the still vehicle and swinging cleaners. This is a full touch wash so be aware and there are multiple high powered blowers at the end which will rattle things around potentially. It billows a bit around my sunroof, but nothing more than 'fake thunder' sounding rumble. I have no reason to take the time at other washes, for minimally better hand service, or convenient gas station stopping very often any more as Mister has my business for convenience, good price and quick efficient process.

  I used to be an assistant manager for Simoniz Car Wash here in Tucson. We did a great job washing cars with a lot less technology and more people than Mister. Mister is a great company that does a great job of cleaning cars. I will definitely be going back to Mister Car Wash in the future. I am just upset that it rained the next day! However once the rain dried my truck had no spots on it!!! Very happy with Mister!

  This was once the best place in Tucson to go to completely wash your car inside and out. The free vacuums were all amazing and the sound was terrifying when you pulled in. Now only some of the hoses work at full power and they havent fixed them for years. The service is odd too giving off an environment of a sales floor. Also the area makes me feel like there are junkies hiding in the garbage cans waiting to stab you.
