  The staff was extremely helpful. The griddle I wanted was not something they usually carry and they went out of their way to order the model I wanted to purchase. I was so happy that they listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me on something else. Best of all I received everything relatively quickly considering it had to be ordered. I'll shop at Mission again!
