  Had to call non-emergency for our store. The police came within minutes. This crazy lady got mad because we couldn't help her because she didn't have proper ID...Even if we work behind glass, it still doesn't prevent the crazies from entering in our store. I'm sorry to tell you but a piece of paper from your parole officer with your mug shot isn't considered proper ID !!!

  There's been various instances where I've called for assistance over a disturbance in my building & other neighbors of mine as well but officers never come or show up (I have time frame footage supporting this) last straw is when the the dispatcher lies to me on the phone & says "we did send out an officer at this time & told (blank) to leave" how? I have witnesses & time frame footage that show no officer ever arriving or making any social interaction with the group of men, I called for. I called for help, but didn't get any whatsoever. I get it though, apparently it's not a priority for them. As a young women, I literally had to ask my boyfriend & other neighbors to help me handle the situation. Disgraceful.
