  This location recently renovated and upgraded all of their washing machines and dryers as well as the overall interior of the laundromat. Even the facade looks better however they have made other adjustments that are unknown to the consumer. For starters they do not turn the hot water on purposely. If you choose the option for "hot" it seems the water is even colder than the option for "cold" water. I believe the machines have been altered so that the spin cycle is weaker causing your clothes to be damp when you remove them. Which in turn requires you to spend more on the dryer which by the way is a quarter for 6 minutes on the regular size dryer or 5 minutes on the slightly bigger dryer. If you bring this to the attention of the primarily Spanish speaking staff that is when they will pretend they don't understand English or they will look at you as if that is the first time they are hearing it or they will ask if you chose the right option. However if you can speak Spanish fluently like a friend of mines can they will explain to you in detail(like they did to my friend) that they have been aware of the problem and allegedly told management and nothing has been done. It took me a few visits to realize this of course believing I just picked a bad machine. Since then I have taken their information down and will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

  Why do people put the dirty clothes in the baskets when you have to use them after you remove your clothes from the washer? Even the people who work there do it. The places where you fold the clothes can use a good cleaning with too. That's why I don't put the clean clothes on anything. I put them in a clean bag and leave.
