  I went at Mirai for the first time today and I love it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The service was great, very clean and comfortable. I’m looking forward to going back. Very satisfied.

  I wouldn't go back to this salon if they offered all of my services for free. Went there for a UV gel fill-in, I left with bloodied cuticles, poorly shaped nails and fungus on five (5) nail beds, two (2) later. They should be ashamed of themselved.

  Do not come here for manicures. The technicians are friendly but do very poor work. My cuticles are damaged and the gel color is uneven with messy edges. It looks like a child painted my nails. Afterwards, the technician asked if the nails were "ok?" and when I pointed out the messy peeling edges there was no attempt to fix or offer to re-do the nails. Do not waste your money at this salon.

  Sloppy work! The ladies were very nice, but they are not talented nail technicians! My cuticles were cut multiple times, the gel polish is uneven and already peeling after 15 minutes of my leaving. I only recieved a manicure, so I am unaware of the quality of their other services, but I would not advise spending money here.
