I am at CVS Minute Clinic ready to have a TB Test read dealing with some utter foolishness. I was in on Friday and the SAME attending nurse had the nerve to be talking on the phone to a third party during my health visit. When I told her I felt like that was a HIPAA violation she tried to deny it BUT quickly hung up the phone. Fast forward a few days later I need a TB test for work. My test was given two days prior on the 23rd around 4:45pm....I can back at 4:05pm least than 55 minutes of making EXACTLY 48 hours and now the same Nurse PETTY is requesting I wait until 5:05pm as she is now wanting to observe protocol. This nurse never greets.... keeps her door close where you have to knock to see if they are open. Made a phone after I had checked in to test her emergency system.... I understand completely the low rating of this location. Completely disgusted by lack of care and Service at this location.

We went to the clinic monday with flu symptoms. We got there at 1140am. Online it listed she goes to luch at 130pm. There were 2 people ahead of us. She changed her lunch on the screen to 1230. Our name moved to after lunch on her schedule. I thpught well we would grab lunch and come back. We would receive a text before the appointment time anyway. To our suprise a hour later we came back and she had not gone to lunch and bumped 2 other people infront of us. So now we would wait 3 hrs in public with flu!!! We ended up going to the new ER texas health clinic on jefferson and carrier and there was no wait. Then we tested positive for flu B. We got home. Then we finally got a text that cvs minute clinic was now ready for us!!!! 30 minutes later the NP not doctor called to see if we were coming in! I told her no we had already been treated no thanks to her and her changing lunch schedule.

The doctor is very helpful and good with people. Never a terrible wait.

I have to give two scenarios: No. 1-- I went during the middle of the week...I signed up online for my kids y me to get a flu shot. Arrived at the designated time; waited 15 additional minutes but that's still less than my doctors office. The nurse practitioner was courteous, quick, professional etc. We even had a good laugh. This was my first visit to this minute clinic since moving to tarrant county; I will return next year :) Scenario No 2-- My husband went on a weekend a Saturday, signed in at the kiosks 12:45pm says the wait is 1 1/2 hours so we ran errands. Returned by 1:50pm due to they're to be closed 1-1:30p for lunch. The nurse returned by 2:30p. Wasn't utilizing the sign in list. My husband had to tell her hey I've been here since y signed in..she was unaware of the list just taking whomever. Plus, the clinic was to close at 5:30pm but a sign was out stating closing at 3pm. My husband finally got in at 3:05pm. She had to put the insurance in 3xs cause something with the system. This visit was horrible! I don't know... it seems 50/50 on how the visit goes. During the week early in the around 10:30 am was great! On the weekend horrible! I guess all depends on who the nurse is.

They advertise (both online and on the door) that they close at 5:30 on Sundays. We showed up at 5:15 and tried to sign in on the kiosk but the "sign in" button wouldn't respond so we sat down to wait. After about 5 minutes the nurse/doctor opened the door and informed us that they stop taking sign-ins 5 or 10 minutes after 5. We feel it is incredibly rude to close sign in BEFORE posted business hours end. Change your business hours to reflect actual patient acceptance hours. Don't let sick people drive across town for no reason! That's just mean and neglectful.
