::Worst experience ever! The lady- a nurse practioner- who was in on April 6 in the morning could not have been more rude or unhelpful! After speaking with both my insurance and head quarters and being told I could be seen at this minute clinic as long as they called my insurance for prior approval, the woman refused to call or help me and then became very hostial and rude! I will never go back and think management should review their customer care policies!! I would prefer to give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option!

::Unfortunately I had no choice but to rate this clinic with one star in order to post. PATIENTS DO NOT GO TO WYCKOFF . I am shocked and disappintented that Minute Clinic would hire someone as unprofessional and uncaring as the woman working on March 22, 2018. I had called ahead of time to tell her how sick my daughter was and that we were on our way. We arrived a short time later only to have my daughter rejected. This woman closed out of the system 4 hours early, due to rain when she knew we were coming in. My daughter needed an antibiotic for a sinus/respiratory infection and she was refused. WHAT??? How on earth anyone would turn away a child is disgraceful! Shame on you Minute Clinic for hiring such a poor quality individual. Shame on her as well! So disappointed and will never return!
