::Very clean! Lots of amenities! The only thing was it was a little strange that no one was around. It felt like some futuristic movie. Everything as far as check-in was done via email. It's not a bad thing, just new for me.

::Mint House was very clean and well laid out. Check-in was effortless. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were fantastic, and all of the linens were really nice. The beds were very comfortable, but we had a lot of trouble sleeping. There is a bar/lounge next door that was VERY loud until past 2:30 a.m.. This wouldn't be an issue if you're a night owl, but we are not, so it made our stay a bit more difficult. Otherwise, I would have given Mint House top marks!

::Terrible check in procedure. Said we would be emailed check in instructions. Called and said there was a name discrepancy. Did not receive any notification of this prior to check in. They should’ve notified us and then the process would have been much smoother. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes before we could even get the right link for their “virtual” check in. They couldn’t help us over the phone. We had been traveling all day and with a baby. Will not be staying here again. So disappointed.

::Was attending a show and was looking for someplace nearby. This place fit the bill and the price was right. Room was very nice and it was quiet. Be forwarded the process of getting your reservation requires a number of steps. I wish that this was mentioned a bit beforehand. There is no staff on site so you have to use a code to enter the building.

::Amazing accommodations that go beyond and above expectations. You really feel like you have your own apartment, everything is provided down to the pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Easy facility access and great customer service, this hotel is not for the technologically impaired though, as you need to fill out moderately combersum forms online and use codes provided to you after a virtual check-in. For me this was no problem and is a great improvement to the normal hotel systems. Would definitely recommend this location to traveling professionals.
