::Probably the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Dingy, dated and dirty. My AC was broken, maintenance guy did his best but commented the units were old and freeze up often. Really?? Go elsewhere when choosing a MSP hotel. Have to add...the maintenance employee went above and beyond to help me. Sorted out a new room when the front desk told me there was none available and helped me with my luggage to the new room. Great employee there.Make him a manager!

::One of my favorite airports in the country. The shopping and food make it easy to find something to do if you're delayed or arrive at the airport early. Now this airport is huge and the terminals are widespead. Make sure you manage your time for walk to your gate.

::Great service here! They have an updated entryway although the facility is dated in the rooms. Bedding is a little rough - wish it was softer. Bathrooms are a little small but clean.

::A nice hotel that's within walking distance of the Mall of America. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The restaurant, Bistro 78, has pretty good food. There is a coffee place in the lobby. There is a microwave in the lobby, too, that guests can use.

::When I think of Marriott, I associate the name with a higher level of service, atmosphere, cleanliness and quality. None of these aspects fit this particular hotel. I was greatly disappointed by my experience at this hotel. Mostly all down to how outdated, grungy, dirty and run down it is. I would closer associate it to an older Super 8 than a Marriott brand property. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off everywhere, the trash can looked as though somebody vomited on the outside, the vents on the heater were stuffed full of dust and the glasses int he room were dirty. The ceiling had been partially painted in spots as though their was some water damage, but couldn't take the extra time to repaint the entire ceiling, their were marks all over the walls and still painters tape around some of the door trim from god knows how long ago when they poorly repainted the trim. The concierge lounge was ok, however the food selection was minimal as though they were getting by on the cheap. I book my hotels particularly around the lounge and was disappointing by both the breakfast and the nightly food selection. With so many other newer hotels int he area, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment I experienced.
