  Easy to work with, knowledgeable, flexible, quality, reasonable prices. Trustworthy - gives good advice on types of flooring and placement even when his ideas are less expensive than yours and his crew comes when he says they will. The bamboo flooring he put in two years ago still looks good, and he remembered me when I needed him to replace a water damaged segment after my dishwasher flooded. My fault - he had told me that might happen and to keep the old tile in that area. Next time, I will listen to Nelson Vu!
